Terms of Service

1. Reading service

CHH Novel provides story discovery, book details, chapter reading, a local profile and library, reading progress, and paid chapter access. Features, catalog availability, and chapter prices may change by version or region.

2. Accounts and devices

The current H5 profile is stored locally and does not require a public username or password. The wallet may create an anonymous session tied to this browser installation so Coin purchases and chapter spending can be verified. Keep access to your device secure.

3. Coins and paid chapters

• Coins are a limited, non-transferable digital entitlement used only to unlock eligible CHH Novel chapters. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, or a bank balance.
• The checkout shows the package, Coin amount, bonus Coins, and the price supplied by the payment channel before purchase.
• Browser purchases may use PayPay when production checkout is enabled. A completed provider payment must pass server verification before Coins are credited.
• Chapter unlocks and Coin spending are generally final once digital content is delivered, except where law or the payment provider's rules require otherwise.

4. Refunds and failed purchases

PayPay browser payments are subject to the merchant's published refund process. If payment completes but Coins do not appear, reopen the wallet while online and contact support with the provider order information. Do not send full card or bank credentials.

5. Content and intellectual property

Stories, translations, covers, descriptions, software, and interface materials may be protected by copyright and other rights. Access is licensed for personal reading only. You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, sell, bypass access controls, or use the service or content unlawfully. The operator must hold the required distribution rights before making any title publicly available.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, submit fraudulent purchase data, exploit wallet or unlock flows, introduce malicious code, overload the API, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict service access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, payments, or system integrity.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, catalog changes, or legal requirements may affect access. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when changes are published.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
