How can we help?

For purchase help, include the Coin package or Membership plan, approximate purchase time, payment channel, and provider order ID. Include your account ID when available. Never send your recovery key, password, complete card number, or bank password.

• I paid but Coins did not appear

  Stay online, reopen the CHH Novel wallet, and wait for verification to finish. If the balance still does not update, contact support with the order details.

• A chapter is still locked

  Confirm that your Coin balance covers the chapter price, then open the chapter again. An internet connection may be required for a new unlock when server verification is enabled.

• How does Membership work?

  Choose a monthly, quarterly, or yearly plan. Each plan is one payment with no automatic renewal. After PayPal confirms the payment, all paid chapters are available until the membership expiry date.

• How do I save or restore my account?

  No phone number or sign-in is needed to pay. Choose Save account in Wallet, Membership, or Profile and copy or download your account ID and recovery key. On another device, choose Restore account and enter both details to recover Coins, membership, and purchased chapters. Keep the recovery key private. If you lose both browser storage and your saved copy, we may be unable to restore the account.

• I want to remove my data

  Use Clear local data in Profile for local profile and reading records. Contact support to request deletion of server-side wallet data. Payment records may be retained where required for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.

• Why is this a Sandbox checkout?

  PayPal is currently connected to its Sandbox environment for end-to-end testing. Sandbox payments do not move real money; the merchant will switch to Live after the PayPal Live app and business checks are complete.
