For purchase help, include the Coin package, approximate purchase time, payment channel, and provider order ID. Never send a password, complete card number, or bank password.

• I paid but Coins did not appear

  Stay online, reopen the CHH Novel wallet, and wait for verification to finish. If the balance still does not update, contact support with the order details.

• A chapter is still locked

  Confirm that your Coin balance covers the chapter price, then open the chapter again. An internet connection may be required for a new unlock when server verification is enabled.

• I want to remove my data

  Use Clear local data in Profile for local profile and reading records. Contact support to request deletion of server-side wallet data. Payment records may be retained where required for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.

• Why does checkout say Test mode?

  The current recharge screen is a functional preview and does not charge money. Production checkout will only be enabled after a verified USD payment endpoint is configured.
